These terms cover your use of the Blotchi website and game ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using the service
Blotchi is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights.
Your content and progress
Your game progress is stored on your own device. We are not responsible for progress lost when you clear your browser data, switch devices or uninstall the app.
Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own terms. Refunds are subject to the relevant store's policies.
Advertising
The free version is supported by advertising. By using it you accept that ads may be shown. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
Intellectual property
The Blotchi name, artwork, scenes and code are owned by Sancar Media. You may not copy, redistribute or sell them without permission.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
